Due to an unavoidable severe weather Yes has cancelled their performance at The Official Zoo Amphitheatre for Tuesday, August 22nd, 2017. All tickets purchased for the this date will be refunded.

Tickets purchase by credit card will automatically be refunded within 5-7 business day from ProTix.
Patrons who purchased their tickets through Groupon must go directly through Groupon to receive their refund.
Refunds are available through Friday, September 29, 2017 at 5PM.
ProTix cash and/or outlet customers requesting a refund should mail their tickets to:

Please make sure to include your name and mailing address in the letter so we know where to send your refund. ALL refund requests must be postmarked or requested no later than Friday, September 30th, 2017 to be accepted. Refunds requested after that date will NOT be accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DROPPED OFF TICKETS. THIS OFFICE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
