What an awesome way to close out the holiday weekend. The atmosphere at the Majestic Theater was magical and fit in perfectly for analbum-perfect performance from the boys of YES (if you've ever been tothe Majestic Theater in S.A. you know what I mean). The acoustics atthe Majestic made the performance sound like putting in a CD and havingyour friends come over to provide the applause. Sold out 8,000+ show. A more intimate setting such as the show a few nights before at theBayou Place would have been appreciated, but I am not complaining onebit. Steve's solos rocked. I have seen him quite a few times (withYes, Asia & GTR) but I can't remember him having such a damn good time performing - jumping around with a smile when he hit a few of the harderand more well-known riffs. He was flawless. Jon's voice seems to begetting better and better through the years. Last night was noexception. Chris' thundering bass made the hair on the side of my headvibrate as well as my chest, heart and soul. Damn good solo. Igor'skeyboard performance was in line with what most everybody has beensaying - fast fingertips and flawless melodies. Alan's drum solo alsorocked but I noticed that he left out a few of the added extra beats that YES' drum licks are well known for from some of the songs. Nocolmplaints though. Billy was a great addition to the tour. He has anexcellent voice that really complements Jon's vocals. Pretty good onsome of the Rabin solos, too.

The song list was excellent. Highlightsincluded Revealing Science, And You and I, America, and a bit of TempusFugit during Chris & Alan's solos. All in all, it was an excellent showand highly recommended to people of all ages.

A tip: Make sure you get your beer and go to the bathroom beforeSteve's solos. You do not want to miss them.
