What a great gig this was! Having missed 90125 when they came to Argentina (when I am from originally), and having travelled a lot in the following years, I seemed to always just miss Yes. This was the first of many Yes gigs I went to and therefore in my mind it was an almost religious experience, having waited all those years.
So seeing them there for the first time I was in awe of the joy that playing still seems to bring them, and the adoration of their fans. For me listening to Yes has been a lonely experience as I don't have any friends who are fans. Standing there in a croud and singing along with them was an amazing feeling.
Great Setlist too, and they played for ages! I was overcome by emotion when they played The Revealing Science of God (one of my top 3 Yes songs), especially after they had been playing for hours already. Of all the members (and I am a Jon Anderson fan) I was most impressed with Steve Howe. That man rocks!
Since then I have been fortunate to see them every time they toured in Europe, including when they played Full Circle at Glastonbury, but this remains my favourite Yes gig.

I have seen my favorite band first time in my life although I have listened Yes more than 20 years. My dream become true. I live in Slovakia (former Czechoslovakia) in capital Bratislava. There is no concert scheduled of Open Your Eyes Tour in my country . But Yes was in Vienna, which is only 1 hour drive. So I went there together with my brother to see the best band in the world.

They did not disapointed me. They played many old (I meen very old) songs from seveties and two pieces from their last album. The band played almos with perfection. The sound was overvelming, full of details and clear. Performance of Yes music was a little bit different from music which I had in my ears from CDs. It is in my opinion because of two new members in band (Igor and Billy). I missed Rick's keyboards in Rounabout and two other songs . I can say that Jon, Steve, Alan and Chris are real "maestros". Igor and Billy are good musicians too, but from "different age".

Concert was almost 3 hours long. I didn't expect that. Lights contributed to the whole atmosphere very well, some pictures and projections behind the musicians were gorgious. There were I guess around 6.000 people and I apreciated contact between band (especialy Jon) and audience very much.

There was nice time to be there. I hope I will see Yes again and they will play Close To The Edge...
