I hitch hiked from Blandford and got there really early and the guys were all in the bar. I was on a school punishment for some minor disdemenour and had to have a timesheet signed by prefect or master every hour. They all thought it was a hoot and signed the sheet to say where I was from 6 to 10 and my housemaster never queried it even though Jon had quite an extravagant autograph at that time! Still got the sheet somewhere.

I recall about half way through some members of the audience shouting for Roundabout (not me, not me honest!) and Jon made an impassioned plea in a kind of I'm gonna cry if you don't stop it voice that he wished people would listen. Fair enough though I must admit to becoming restless myself part way through.

I also recall that at the interval Jon said we should all go and have our orange juice now and Rick waved his beer can to the crowd - to roars of course.
