It was my first YES show and incredibly memorable! Their entrance to the circular stage was spectacular an a solid setlist too. Awesome!!

When I went to get tickets, they had a couple fourth row seat left, and so I took it, and let all of the friends I got tickets for sit further back! Okay, not that nice, but I'm glad I got to sit so close. Amazing show, just mesmerizing. I think, though, that my main memory of the show was when Steve Howe went for his solo, I stood up, and walked to the edge of the show. Alone. I just stepped right up to the edge, and as the stage turned, Howe came around to me, and I was just enjoying it, taking it in......but he gave me a look of real fear. Just the fact that I was standing so close, with no one between us.....it was obviously unnerving to him.

And his look was so unnerving to me. I'd never step up on the stage, or do anything at all like that......but of course, he didn't know that. The show was brilliant, with the lineup of the band I like the most. I'd been a huge Rick Wakeman fan as a solo artist as well, and to see that show is a great memory of mine, but I'll also always remember Steve Howe, and that look of fear that I inadvertently engendered in him.

Flew up from Durango, Colordo in the southwest part of the state to see the show. Ended up working at Purgatory ski area.
Lost in the Rockies in search of the kool patrol.
Wonderful show. The band was on.
