The band fed off the energy of the crowd much more than in recent stops in Boston. The thundering, standing ovations that began as soon as the opening of CttE wound down, did not cease until the last strains of the encore.

Anderson commented on the intense attention which the audience gave to each piece. This was clearly true, with the exception of the 2 new tunes. Many in the crowd wandered at this point, literally and figuratively.
