Paul, I WAS front Row Center clearly to your left. I was blown away by the show. Flawless performance. I remember the mesh. John Andersen had a back brace on due to a swimming pool accident weeks before. He moved around very slowly. Cinema is absolutely the best Opening song ever!

I remember being on pins and needles when I heard that Yes was coming to Milwaukee for the first time in 4 years (the last time being April of 1979) and there was a strong happy vibe going on at that time! After being suprised but entertained by Looney Tunes instead of an opening band,it was an awesome show and it was almost flawless by Yesstandards. Trevor Rabin and Tony kaye proved that they were worthy that night and Jon Anderson, Chris Squire and Alan White played like they haven't missed a beat after 4 years. I had never seen the band before this night and I was pumped to finally see one of my favorites. We had first row center and we could actually grab the steel mesh that made up the floor of the stage. I had never heard of Trevor Rabin and was blown away that Tony Kaye was back in the band. From the first notes of Cinema to the final notes of Roundabout, this show blew my mind. Yours is no Disgrace and AYAI were great and Rabin was unreal on the guitar. I will never understand how some people continue to bad mouth this wonderful musician. The 90125 stuff went off great and the sold out crowd loved it all. I have now seen the band 16 times and the Yes west shows were as interesting and inovative as the great shows that I have seen with Howe and company. I left with Tony Kaye's towel as a momento to a great night. Long live YES.
