Kami (Patterson) Falkenberry and I drove up from Huntsville, AL for this Yesshow. We were high school friends at the time (married 30 years later). Great show! Fantastic setlist and performances! Two other odd little things that I remember: 1) waiting outside in line, an older fan in front of us asked, "have you two ever seen a prog-rock show before?" We looked at each other and replied to him, "no". "Well, you will now!"; 2) the opening 'act' was Warner Brothers Looney Tunes projected on a big screen dropped-down from the arena ceiling...

my 3rd time to see YES. The "us versus them" mentatlity was apparent when "firebird suite" was part of the pre-concert music. The 70's fans cheered and the 80's fans looked confused. The music that brought the band onstage was the dance mix of "leave it". Since the only structures on the stage were the keyboards and drums, everyone had a great view of the show.
