Had to go to this show after seeing them in Lakeland! Especially since I was living halfway beteween the cities ! In Lakeland, the guys were all "dressed up" for the "big city" show, and in Ft. Meyers, they were in jeans, more of a kicked-back style show. I remember (Jon ?) saying that this was the first time they played there ! There was no opening act, and except for Donoven, I don't think I've ever seen Yes with an opening act. But tonite they showed .... cartoons!! Yes, a couple Looney Tunes flicks with Bugs Bunny !!I remember Bugs chasing that Martian with a ray gun! Durring the show, every time Jon would look over towards where I was, a bunch of girls behind me would start yelling and cheering Beatlemania style! He noticed them, and he looked kinda nervous when they did it !---- Wow!--- A recording exists !! I sure would like to get a copy...... naturalmysticfl@aol.com

After 2 nights at the Lakeland Civic Center I had to see this again. Ok, I know it's not "IN THE ROUND" 1978-1979, but is was still awsome. I went the next night also to the Hollywood Sportatorium for my 4th night in a row. This show cranked. Very loud, very clear. Before the show people in back of me said you saw them twice in Lakeland and now you're here. Your nuts. 30 minutes into the show those same people were saying, where are they tomarrow night we want to go see them again. It Can Happen was fantastic. Starship Trooper was unbelievable. Rabin was better than expected although it looked like he was struggling alittle with the middle of Yours Is No Disgrace. And You And I without the Pedal Steel was weird, but still great.
