I was there and had a great time. I remember Squire's solo (which I guess was Amazing Grace??) well - there were parts where the seats and railings in the Civic Center were vibrating when he hit some low notes - you could feel it!

Oh what the heck - yeah its 18 years ago, but I was there. My first YES concert! My buddies and lots of friends from high school were all there too. What an great evening - the sheer rush I felt when they played YIND, Soon, Starship Trooper, And You And I, even Roundabout. The songs from 90125 (90210?) sounded great too, lots of energy and enthusiasm! I was feeling lucky they were playing together and I could see them perform. I was dying to see Rick and/or Steve there, but knew it wasn't possible. They were very 80's at that point, but still, that music had the Yes stamp on it, no matter how much influence Trevor Rabin had on that album and their sound for the next 10 years. I've seen them about 20+ times since this first show - good things come to those who wait! Awaken in our hearts...
