as i said in my review of the previous Cleveland show on this tour, this gig soured me on the whole Rabin era of Yes. this leg of the tour was hosted by MTV, and the whole glitzy, "plastic" r'n'r circus atmosphere didnt sit well with me. the playing was fine & the set was good, but the whole experience left me hollow. band members shamelessly doing all the right poses & playing to the cameras. the crowd wasnt your typical "Yes" crowd either. sure, i was only 14, but the place was full of teeny-boppers who "saw" owner of a lonely heart" on TV & decided to go to the concert & get horribly drunk & annoy everyone who actually wanted to see the band play...ah well

Yes played this outdoor gig at the end of the summer American tour. 'Your's is No Disgrace' was dropped and replaced by 'Our Song'. However, Rabin's big guitar solo from YIND was included in 'Our Song'. The rest of the show was the same except the 'Roundabout' was edited down to four minutes and the did the Spencer Davis group song 'Gimme Some Loving'.
