Anyone who's been to a concert at Berkeley's Greek Theatre knows there are no bad seats -- but for a large enough show they add bleachers up on top of the hill behind all the regular seats, and I was in the very last row of that, so the band was rather small and far away. I did appreciate the additions of "Our Song" and "Gimme Some Lovin", which just seemed to be the popular encore tune at that time regardless of the band. A friend who is more experienced than I claims that Trevor Rabin is really only "on" for the first couple months of a tour; I can't say, but they did seem more intense six months earlier. That had been indoors and my seat had not been so far way, but I did find this to be true of the TALK and UNION tours.

One special treat was the bands rendition of Steve Winwood's [or was it The Spencer Davis Group] "Give Me Some Lovin'" as an encore on Saturday night.
