This was the first Yes show I ever attended, and I only have vague memories of the concert. I was 17 years old and just beginning to get into Yes, so I wasn't really familiar with much of the set. At the time I had a lukewarm reaction to "Endless Dream", but since then it has become one of my favorite Yes epics ever. I wish I could go back and see it performed once more because I'm sure they'll never play it live again! Talk is a highly underrated Yes album and I feel lucky to have seen the tour, although I wish I could go back in time and see it again with my current love and knowledge of the band. This was also my first time at the Garden State Arts Center (which is unfortunately now the "PNC Bank" Arts Center) and I have seen several concerts since then including a few Jethro Tull shows - it's an excellent outdoor venue, and has more character than some of the newer cookie cutter venues.
