This venue was amazing! The show was great. I ran into Rick Wakeman in the hallway and said hello. It was very cool. Howe and Rabin together was interesting since they showed a mutual respect for one another. Howe sounded better but I'm biased.

"Awaken" is still is my favorite Yessong and this show had it live..I was blow away when it started...."High Vibration Go On..."

Bruford played electronic drums and really amazed me with the wide variety of sounds that he created. Anyway I went with my buddy Stu and we had a great time. Very memorable.

After waiting for years & different lineup changes it finally happened. All the praying must have worked. Some morning in Feb. 1991 my friend Andy calling me up to get the Miami Herald Entertainment section. When I got it and it said that YES was touring "IN THE
ROUND" with 8 menbers I almost passed out. After seeing IN THE ROUND in 1979 that's all i've prayed for to happen again. We flew up from Miami to see both Taj shows. This night was a better performance plus they did Starship Trooper. Awaken IN THE ROUND is the greatest EVER. CASED CLOSED!!!!
I saw Bill Bruford jogging on the beach, when I finally caught
up with him I told him they should be doing PARALLES & RELEASE, RELEASE instead of CHANGES & HOLD ON. He said he would tell Jon.
He laughed when I told him I have a GENESIS bootleg from 1976 Detroit
with someone yelling Bill Bruford WUUUUUUUU!!!!!

I walked into what looked like a high school gymnasium. Yes was playing "Yours Is No Disgrace" while spinning like a merry go round. The big reason I went was to see my favorite Yes alumni Bill Bruford ! I could be mistaken but I don't remember Bill playing traditional skins. During a brief intermission my friend and I went outside to take a walk on the boardwalk to smoke a spliff and returned just in time to be blown away by my first live performance of "Awaken" !! I could have done with out "Lift Me Up".
