This was my first Yes concert. I left theYes show a believer! I was absolutely floored! I did not know that humans could actually accomplish what I had just seen and heard. I was completely overcome. Heart of the Sunrise was wonderful. I remember the Drum Solo like it was Yesterday, I did not know that Steve Howe had 37 fingers. Now I know. After the union tour, I immersed myself into Yes and have been here ever since. There is no other band.

I was fortunate enough to be five rows in front of the sound console, which (as an audio engineer myself) I know is the place you want to be. And as a result, I have yet, to date, hear Yes have better concert sound. I remember everything having pristine clarity, real solid sub tones and not ever being obnoxiously loud. They did have to drop the round stage and set up straight across the stage on this one. And I think Howe and Rabin were at extreme ends too!
