Wow, what an amazing show! My dad and I saw the Toronto show in May, and by comparison, this show was not quite as good, but still, everytime I see Yes, they are incredible.

Dreamtheater was unbelievable. I have Train of Thought and was very excited to hear Stream of Consciousness. I have also seen the DVD of the rock opera and recognized some tunes from that too.

Yes's sound didn't quite kick in until ISAGP, but after that it was good. GFTO was great! In Sweet Dreams, Alan thought they were going back to the chorus two bars before they actually did, so he stopped his phrase for half a bar, realized that he had to keep going, and seamlessly jumped right back in. I'll never forget that look on his face :) ISAGP was rocking! SSOTS was a bit wobbly, especially in the middle section, but the guitar/keys battle made me forget all about it. CTTE wasn't the best it could have been, but it's music: give the guys a break. The organ sounded great, and the bass pedals were awesome. The best notes of the night were the Ab at the end of CTTE and the G at the end of Starship Trooper, because the building's acoustics ring in that frequency. I remember looking over at my friends and we were all flattened in our seats at the power of the end of CTTE. The acoustic set was great, too. I've never seen The Clap live, I think that was the highlight for me. Thank you Rick for taking the guitar solo in Owner, I know Steve doesn't like that tune very much. AYAI is my all-time number 1 favourite Yes song, and it was fantastic. The steel guitar sounded great. Awaken was absolutely amazing. The Keys to Ascension Awaken is the best recorded version there is, but this one kicked its butt. The organ solo was great, the choir solo was great, the guitar solo was great, everything was so great that I can't think of any other adjectives than 'great'. The whole thing built so well at the end, I thought the ceiling would fall in. So amazing!
I was happy that we got ST as an encore, as we already saw YIND in Toronto, and man were they rockin tonight! The bass solo rivaled the YesSymphonic bass solo, the keyboard solo was awesome (come on, who can work a better moog than Wakeman? who I ask you, who?), and the guitar solo was as fresh as the day it was written. Go Yes!

I'm looking forward to the DVD from Lowell, MA, and the new studio album! Thank you Yes for giving us some of the best music ever written!

Last night was a perfect setting for a Yes concert in downtown London. The JLC is a new venue and several acts have come through this great City situated half way between Detroit and Toronto. After tweeking the sound during GFTO, the remainder of the concert was like listening to YESSONGS on your expensive turn table in your parentsbasement(when they weren't home). The highlight was AWAKEN and AYAI. And of course CTTE in its entirety. During the encore, Steve started on a couple of riffs and Jon stopped him and indicated that maybe the crouud would prefer ST. and then ST it was. Chris was having a blast with this one. I was close enough that I could see the sweat dripping of his face on this one. Thanks for a great show in one of the finest places to see a concert in SW ONT.

Saw them in Michigan in May (10th time) & it was an amazing show. I see from their set list that they changed quite a bit during their Europian tour.
Hopefully, they get back close to the set list that kept everyone in AWE during the first venues of this tour.
Looking forward to seeing them in London, & if they play anything close to what they did @ the Palace in Auburn Hills; you will all see one of the best shows of your life.

I am very excited about this one. The new John Labatt Centre is the perfect size venue for the gentlemen. Curious as to how the acoustics are though?

I am bringing my girlfriend, who hails from London to her first show. While she is not a Yes fan and finds it funny that I worship a group whose members are as old as my father, she appreciates good music. Doesn't party much either so chances are I'll remember more of this one than the SkyDome show in May!!

I pray we don't have to stay at her parents house after the show!!
