I've been at the Vienna gig too and it was brilliant. I just started getting interested in YES music when I saw the first announcements for the concert a couple of weeks ago.

They didn't play Hearts but all the other songs that have been mentioned here in the posted setlists.

I could hear and distinguish all the instruments really well, except Billy Sherwood's guitar. Jon and Chris were really into the gig.

Jon was very nice and entertaining. Not only did he not mention the Haider situation, he also called us 'Wonderful people who deserve something better than this stupid place' (the Libro Music Hall which was very cold). He welcomed us 'to the house of YES' anyway. He thanked the audience for staying YES fans for so long.

Steve was very concentrated (didn't seem unhappy to me). He even blew upon his fingers a couple of times to warm them before playing which looked kinda strange.

Igor played wonderfully and goofed around a lot (funny guy). Jon introduced him as a guy who is as american as apple pie: Mr. Igor Koroshevski! He was wearing a white long sleeve sweater with a big red star on his chest.

Alan White pounded out the rhythms very powerfully and also seemed to enjoy the evening.

And Billy Sherwood stayed away from the spotlight most of the time. His rhythm guitar playing was solid and he played a solo or two and he was the star in Cinema.

All in all, a great evening. I hope I will see them again soon in the near future.

I was at the Yes concert in Vienna yesterday. Great concert!! Good sound, even if it hapened in the Libro Music Hall (a concrete hall, normally used for this "Messe" stuff. Sorry, don't know that in English). Since I have been reading this NG, I wasn't really surprised by any titles. Strawinski went into YinD, and they played Perpetual Change as well. A very short Tima and a Word just Igor and Jon, the same with "Nous sommes du soleil". I don't remember all the titles. Although I've been a Yesfan for 26 years, I have never been to a concert before now. And they did "Awaken", it was the highlight of the evening!! Very strong energy. Jon and Chris were really into it, jumping around on the stage and having fun. Steve was very quiet! I wonder if he was always like that on stage?? At one point it looked as if Jon tried to cheer him up, making people clap some more for him behind his back, and Chris went over to his side when Billy played his solo (OoaLH) but he kind of just nodded, very cool, and "did his job". Being a guitarist myself, he's a very important member to me and I hope thereis no trouble in the background. He even bowed, very formally, before and after the set. However, I never regretted the 250 km drive, carrying the whole family (they went somewhere else while daddy relived his youth :>) and coming home with two deadtired children around two in the night. You never hear anything about Yes in this country (the reason I missed talk was it was never mentioned anywhere) and I had come to think I was the only person in Austria who liked them. Hm, I never read long postings like this myself. Sorry folks.
