This tour was quite some time ago, however I do remember this much.
I saw Yes in Lincoln Nebraska in the summer of 76. It was on a Friday in early August. I see reviews from the Dallas show on August 6th, so I believe the Lincoln show must have been on the 13th of August. I also noticed no one wrote about this Columbus show they list here. This Yes show was only my second concert( the first was the Beach Boys!) After all these years including the other 4 times I saw Yes, this is still one of the most incredible shows I have ever seen.They were not afraid to use the smoke and laser machines. I was first attracted to Yes by the Fragile album, but albums like Tales and Relayer really opened up my eyes and it led me to becoming a huge Yes and progressive music fan. I walked away from this knowing I had seen some of the most professional musicians in the world regardless of style. Their stage presence was amazing and during the show you hoped it wound last forever. I wanted to see if anyone else out there remembered this Lincoln show, not the 1975 show but the 1976 Solo tour show.
