i missed the relayer tour because my friend dragged his feet about getting tickets,i have not forgiven him.i almost did not go to the drama tour because rick and jon weren't there,but my friend and fellow guitar player never saw them.we were horrified about the buggles and i said i won't go.he talked me into it we got tickets on his dad's credit card and they were floor seats and the show was in the round.my friend who is a photographer buff took some amazing pictures.we were so close.the album came out after we ordered tickets and boy to this day am i glad i went.the entrance was awesome,the show rocked.i remember chris saying jon wanted the music to become more gentle like onward but steve and the boys wanted to rock and rock they did.i always felt with jon gone steve really took hold and the guitar rocked like the yes album thru close to the edge.once the album came out i was sold.i was amazed how good it was.if i would not have gone my friends would have rubbed it in and they had the pictures to prove it.i like this album as much as tourmato,don't care for the production and maybe better than relayer,don't like patrick moraz.

After missing the Ten True Summers Tour, I was determined to see Drama, particularly after hearing the album and realizing that maybe they could carry on without Jon and Rick after all.

Yoda, my sound engineer, sprung for tickets for my 23rd birthday. It was his first Yesshow and it was slightly to my annoyance that he kept insisting Trevor Horn and Geoff Downs were superior to their predecessors. However, I had to admit that they did do an awfully good job. There were no real highlights as I recall other than the fact that our seats were directly above the runway the band used to get on and off the stage and when they ran off at the end of the show, we discovered that Steve Howe runs just like a girl.
