I was lucky enough to get to see them in Houston that year. It was in the round and I had floor tickets - the floor at that show was general admission so we had to get there early and were able to get excellent seats. Trevor was excellent in my opinion and did a wonderful job with the Anderson songs, plus he even played some backing guitar on Your Move/All Good People.

I came to this show with an open mind but it did not help. From the moment they walked onstage it was not the same. He could sing the songs fairly well, but it was not Jon. His range was adequate; his timbre acceptable, but not a match for Jon. And of course the huge flight case full of cosmic atmosphere that Jon carries along was not there, so overall it was not a good evening. As far as an individual account of each song, I would not dare to say I remember the details. What I do remember well was the pained faces of Squire and Howe and the fans who sat in disbelief that the dream was over and the nighmare was upon us. The one highlight that I do remember was the spiraling drumset during Machine Masiah (Way Cool).
