Just a note to say I was there. I didn't know a lot about Yes at the time- none of their earlier stuff. Just wanted to see them since they were a big-time band. Glad now that this event is on my bucket list of the coolest things I have ever done. By now I have had time to become a big Yes fan. Probably my favorite band of all time now that I have matured enough to appreciate their sound (I'm 52 now) and the raw natural talent of Steve Howe, Chris Squire, and the others, as well as the song writing from the 70s. Drama was one of their best ever.

This was my first yes show (I'm up to 15 now). I didn't like them in the 70's (I was an immature teenager), but after Drama I got into all the albums that preceeded it.

I was AMAZED at the the job that Trevor Horn did. Of course I had never seen Jon live at this point ;-) But the "classic yes" material came off very very well I thought. And of course the stuff from Drama was just amazing...especially "Tempis Fugit" and "Machine Messiah".

Geoff Downes' keyboard rig was a thing of beauty. The round stage added a lot...it was my first "in the round" show and it was very cool to be able to see each member "close up" as the stage revolved around (I had very very good seats).
