Tioga Downs is a casino and racetrack. Expect shorter Yesshows at venues like these. Yes probably had to shorten their set to accommodate the 90 minute time restriction most casinos enforce. Gotta get folks back on the floor gambling! Seriously, if you want to see a full length set on this Summer tour catch the band in a theater or shed NOT affiliated with a gambling operation.

Anyone know why Yes did not perform anything from "Heaven and Earth" despite this being this being the "Heaven and Earth" tour? At 8:10PM a woman from Tioga Downs took the stage and said Yes was running late, and were currently meeting with "Meet and Greet" ticket holders. At 8:21PM Yes took the stage, and the concert was over at 9:50PM. No songs from the new album were played, and the promoted entire "Close To The Edge" album was not played in it's entirety, as the song "Close To The Edge" was not performed. I understand that there may have been a 10:00PM curfew, and I understand that Yes left the stage as soon as possible because of a torrent of bugs swarming the spotlights illuminating the stage. But I can't help think if they had started the concert on time, a few new songs from "Heaven and Earth" and/or "Close To The Edge" could have been played. It was extremely disappointing. The show ended and I stood in disbelief - I couldn't believe that no new songs from "Heaven and Earth" had been played. Despite that, the band sounded really good and it was interesting to hear "Five Percent For Nothing" played for the first time ever. At 9:40PM after darkness had fallen, and just before Yes played the final song of the night, "Starship Trooper", during band introductions, Chris Squire introduced "Steve and Friends". Then Steve Howe said, "We're sharing the stage with about 3,000 insects". I didn't realize the gravity of the situation until I stopped for gasoline after the show was over, not far from Tioga Downs. In the bright lights by the pumps at the gas station, what seemed like thousands of bugs swarmed, and all but covered my car and seemed like they were everywhere. I heard other people at the station saying "I've never seen anything like this", and "this isn't natural". Back to a review of the show: Davison was a natural fit for the songs and did them justice - he did a fantastic job. Howe was spot on (despite the insects), especially on "Mood For A Day". Squire sounded amazing as usual, White was steady and sounded great and Downes played really well, especially on "Roundabout". I've been a huge Yes fan for 30 years, and despite the band sounding really good for an hour and a half, I left the show with an empty feeling inside. I had planned my weekend around seeing some new songs from "Heaven and Earth" at this concert. I had travelled hours from home. But it was worth it - this was the first date of the tour, and I was going to have the honor of seeing songs from the new album performed for the first time ever. It turned out I gave Yes 100 percent of my time and money, for nothing...

Answer to Nick: None of my sources indicate that "Clap" was played. Steve's solo was "Mood For a Day."

I heard they also played Clap. Anyone know where in the set it was performed?

Setlist edit, Young Person's Guide To The Orchestra instead of Firebird Suite.
