I have seen YES 49 times and this was by far my all time favorite show. Bill Brufford was outstanding, every thing was well beyond perfect. This is the ultimate YES line up and by far the best live version of Close to the Edge, EVER!!!

Yes, I remember the full moon. I remember the concert starting at twilight. And Jon Anderson talking about the approach of the millenium. Great weather and a good time by all. Sound was fantastic and I liked how things changed as it got darker.

The beautiful moon that Chris mentioned in his review was a full moon at sun set, then was obscurred by a partial lunar eclipse as the show progressed.

A great show. I was lucky enough to get only a few feet from the stage and I was mesmerized my the speed of Wakeman's fingers. Levin's playing was a highlight as well, but the Yes songs really missed Squires' wonderful voice.

My first chance to see Wakeman back with the guys since I last saw them in 1979. He looked and played great. And Levin added some great energy, especially during his mallet-fingered Heart of the Sunrise. A few interesting notes: In a true Spinal Tap-ish moment the fog/dry ice for "Close To The Edge" was blowing to the right side of the stage. With no fog on him, Howe jokingly sidled over to the center of the stage so as to be included in the "obscurity." Also, before "And You And I", Jon noted the gorgeous night with a beautiful rising full moon facing him. It was probably the best moment that little dirt track speedway has ever experienced.
