We've got some towels back here we'll send them out okay. My shirt cocktail didn't arrive I'm very miffed. It's great to be with you this evening. We'd like to do, thank you. Muchos Gracious. We'd like to do a couple of new songs. We just finished a new album about ten minutes ago. [???] sounds real good. So we're going to do a couple of new songs for you and you know songs are like kids, you know. They're very precocious. Sometimes they're good to you and sometimes they are bad for you and sometimes they are just plain crazy. So here's a song called 'Don't Go'. before 'In The Presence Of' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Jon Anderson:Thank you. New songs about taking love for granted and we recorded the album..uh I think it was just one day Alan White, this gentleman over here. He's been playing ball all day in the Jay tournament for last couple of days. He did pretty well. Um..Oh what was I saying? Yes. So he would come in about mid-day and start playing the piano. So we wrote this song one day. It sorta developed into this idea. Originally we were going to call it 'Deeper' Then he said, Alan said, "I want, I want to call it 'In The Presence Of'". So I said "in the presence of what?" and he said "no, no, just 'In The Presence Of'" I love the candles, thank you. So we're going to do that song for you now. before 'Winter' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Jon Anderson:Thank you so much. Thank you. Let's here is for William Straumburg and the symphony orchestra here. Excellent sight reading there. C'mon guys your so good. You can do that. Like to leave to leave you in the capable hands and fingers and guitar styles of Mr. Steve Howe. before 'Mood For A Day' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Steve Howe:Alright that you very much. That was a tune called 'Winter' and I wrote this piece for my wife who I do love very dearly and very happy together most of the time. This is a tune called 'Mood For A Day'. before 'Wonderous Stories' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Jon Anderson:Thank you so much. Steve Howe on guitar. Thank you so much. We'd like to do..uh an old song that..uh we wrote..uh many years ago. It's just a very simple song about waking up and realizing how beautiful life really is if you look closely and..uh the song is called 'Wondrous Stories'. Can we have a light on Steve Howe please? We can't see you. before 'And You And I' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Jon Anderson:Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. That was..uh a song from about thirty-one years ago with the idea that the earth mother is so powerful believing we can control the weather. Stuff like that. So, and then last month I'm watching CNN and Mount Edna. It all brings it to the reality that the earth is so incredibly powerful and I won't say anymore. So why should I? We really like doing this next song it..uh part of our evolution. Part of our deep soul feeling and..uh I hope you enjoy listening to this song. before 'Ritual' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Jon Anderson:..that's the truth and..uh this is her favorite song and it's a piece of music way way back in the annuals of Yes history. It's a song from 'Tales From Topographic Oceans'. Halfway through we're going to bang a lot of drums and metal so please bang your drums and glasses and bottles and everything, Bang please. Make a heck a noise. We are recording tonight by the way. So here's a piece of music called 'Ritual'. before 'I've Seen All Good People' transcribed by: Pete Whipple Jon Anderson:on drums Mr. Alan White on drums here and of course William Straumburgh and the symphony orchestra here.
