Location: Section: Right Floor, Row 2, Seat 5 Recorded by: Don Nice recording, standard short setlist with no intermission. Couple of guesses as to why the last 2 shows had short sets: 1. A winter storm pushed through the midwest over the past 36 hours, and they wanted to leave with the most amount of good driving conditions. 2. (For Bloomington at least) Ticket sales were embarrassing at best. Probably the worst attendance of the larger acts to come to the coliseum, and the band didn't figure they owed a full show. Just guesses.. Good show, Benoit sounded great! I will post some pictures from the show, we took 50 -60 from our seats, if anyone wishes to make artwork. I broke the set after Steve's solo songs for the CDs. Enjoy! -Don Originally seeded with samples here: [Link] *************************** Remastering notes January 2009: -Dropped bass frequencies considerably to level out sound -reduced the volume of several thousand audience claps, yelps and howls. -normalized each channel seperately to balance recording I always thought this was a very good recording that could be better. Hopefully you will agree that I was able to achieve this end result. Great or not, I feel it is a marked improvement on a nice recording. Artwork included, (Thanks abbeydabbey!) pictures used for art are from this show. Enjoy, -Don |
