I was going to rant about it but why bother, perhaps someone can give me a logical reason for the 90 minute rule (getting patrons to the gaming floor is not a good answer). Anyway, the band was in fine form and animated throughout the whole set. Steve seemed to be enjoying himself immensely and the rest of the band were loose and in the zone. I really wanted to hear GFTO, on my top ten list of albums that I would want if stranded on a desert island. Thanks to the other Dimers for their great efforts in documenting this tour so at least I have the other full length shows to listen to. Perhaps we'll get a Tormato/Tales tour next year! As for the recording, excellent position with minimal crowd distraction. Go ahead and crank it up, nice stereo separation and channel definition. Check back often here in the comments section for some awesome pictures by groovunit. Enjoy! |
