When I later saw a picture of the Knight Concert Hall speaker array, I had some hope that the center "fill" speakers would do their job for those of us up front. This was not to be. The view was great but the recording has a bit of that "too close to the stage" flavor that I had predicted. Thanks to JW for mastering and getting the most out of this recording. P.S. Security was ridiculous - metal detectors and a full body wanding that must have lasted an entire minute. Fortunately, I had scouts JW and MH to report on the situation in time for me to make adjustments. |
