This was an important show in my history of Yes fandom. It was the opening night of the Open Your Eyes tour, and it was only ten minutes from my home. I snuck into the rehearsals with a friend the night before, as the band were in Hartford for the whole week rehearsing. They must have gotten a deal on the rehearsal hall, because I can't imagine why they would chose to spend any extra time in Hartford, or this sterile venue. Maybe it was the collection of car dealerships, strip clubs and porn shops that surround the place. The show was Igor’s first gig with the band, and the only full performance of “No Way We Can Lose” from the tour. This is a new transfer from my cassette tapes. The last three songs were taken from an alternate recording, an audience recorded video of the show. They are of lesser quality than the rest of the show. There was a number of noises throughout these last three songs that I painstickingly removed manually. Consider these "bonus tracks". I also used the video source to patch a tape flip toward the end of "And You And I".WaveLab was used to remove tape hiss and tweak the EQ.
