Shortly after completing the final song of the evening, “Starship Trooper”, Tony walked off and collapsed back stage. He was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with Hepatitis. ledwhofloyd writes The original master is high quality, but is pretty bass-deficient. This remaster addresses that issue. RMCH was also put off by how loud the nearby audience noises were (and possibly from the taper), so RMCH has worked very hard to minimize the audience noises without making it obvious. It would be great if we could hear from the taper to get a better sense of what was going on behind the scenes, but the original uploader, mesquite, who posted it on behalf of BF hasn't been seen on dime for many years. RMCH and I think this is one of the best audience recordings from that tour. He actually remastered it many years ago as PRRP, but that was from a higher gen source and his skills/software have improved a lot since then so this remaster is very different than PRRP. |
