Like the previous two posts of Dio and Iron Maiden; [Link] [Link] The information on the taper/gear is limited at best. There are some funny/annoyning, depending on your point of view, comments by the taper and his friend during the show, mostly directed at Jon Anderson. The story behind the recording that was told to me was that the taper was from Reno and he taped many shows in the Bay Area. I also have copies of his Dio Oakland 84, Iroan Maiden SF 85, and Genesis Oakland 84; they are all great recordings. |
