Steady Eddie Pretty amazing beginning. The band had a curtain down after Donovan performed and when the lights dimmed, people in the orchestra seats were standing, but couldn't see Jon raise his fist to us poor people in the blue seats at MSG.Naturally we went nuts, and when the curtain came up the place exploded. We were on Steve's side but could see how intense he was during the show especially during Wurm.Thought Donovan had quite a pair to come out for an encore too when everyone wanted to see the the boys already.Journey back to the Bronx on the subway was a sweet one ! John Lombardi My 3rd Yes show in 4 days!! Had second row seats right in front of Steve!! Called out to Claude while he was setting up the pedal steel and took a great picture of him. I remember purchasing the official tour t-shirt: A black shirt with "Yesshows" and "Tour 77" on the front. I saw several of the roadies wearing the same one and I figured I could later tell people I worked for Yes. Back then, at $7.00 a shirt, I thought it was expensive (at least for a 18 year old). Little did I know.
