I concur with most of Wayne's sentiments. Although he can't really say for sure who was having what kind of problems. The thing about Jon not being very friendly is especially evident in the difference between the autographs we got this time, compared to the last tour.
The Aladdin is a amphitheatre in the style of Universal Amph. here in LA. It holds about 6500 people and this show was sold out or just shy of it. This is a far better place to see music in as it was designed for that purpose. I felt this show was even better than the show for that reason and because i thought Big Generator was a better album than 90125( an opinion not shared by many). All of the new songs were excellent even better than the studio versions. 'Nous Sommes Du Soliel' was a real highlight since anything from Topographic was rare during this time. Once again I met the band in the Alladin Casino but the attitudes were slightly different this time. Alan, Tony and Trevor were very friendly as before. Jon was gambling and wasnt in much of a mood to be disturbed. "I'm having a lazy Sunday" he said. Chris, at this time in his life, was having some substance abuse problems and while being courteous, he was in a big hurry to move on.
