Jon Anderson: Thank you so much. Wooh! You create your own world. You create everything in your world. You create it with your mind and the drive inside, to make it a better world for you. In your world, in the ‘Mind Drive’, in the ‘Mind Drive’.

Jon Anderson: Thank you so much for listening. Thank you. Thank you so much. That was from a record made in 1996. We never got round to playing it, ever and this tour it is played, so. We're going to do have a cup of tea after the next one, and I’m going to have some chocolate biscuits. That’s all I know. Rock and roll! You want to get up and dance to this one. Here we go. After the count of five.

Jon Anderson: Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah! Okay. We’ve been traveling all over the place, as you know. And, we’ve traveled to so many places over the years and we actually spent six months in Switzerland, ahh, and we didn’t learn to ski. We were just making music and eating a lot of cheese, I think, most of the time. Well, that went down like a lead balloon didn’t it? They laughed a lot in Holland! They didn’t know what I was saying, that’s it. Okay, so we actually wrote this song one morning and recorded it in the afternoon. So, here we go with a song you might remember.

Jon Anderson: Wooh! Thank you. Thank you. It’s a big night in the world of Yes tonight, because not only has Alan got his kilt on, he’s got his sporran on tonight. So (laughs). Okay, so we’re going to do a song which came out a couple of years ago, and it’s on an album called ‘Magnification’. Yeah! Actually, we decided to do it in this sort of set, when we were doing the acoustic stuff ahh, and we recorded it and ahh, I realized the lyrics are about all of us getting together. Every time we get together, that time has saved us to be here tonight. And ahh, so, it’s a homage to the fans. So, here we go with Alan doing the introduction from Mr. White in the kilt.

Jon Anderson: And ahh, while we were in Holland, Chris learnt Dutch. For this next section he explains a couple of things, so he’s going to tell you in Dutch, this next part.
Chris Squire: Yah!
Jon Anderson: Double Dutch!
Chris Squire: Double Dutch, yeah. No I won’t. I’ll speak in English, because we are in England, aren’t we? Oh, Birmingham, that’s right! Yeah. Ahh, what I’m going to tell you about is the ahh, when we ahh, put out the ahh ‘The Ultimate Yes’ collection that ahh, we released at the end of last year, ahh, the record company came to us and said “when you release it in America, we need to put something special extra with it”. So you probably haven’t even heard the acoustic tracks, unless you’ve got an American copy. But ahh, so ahh, I’m sorry about that. Anyway, what happened was ahh, they said “why don’t you do some acoustic songs of some of your better-known tunes”. And ahh, we said yeah, okay, we’ll do that for you. So, when we got back to L.A. after our tour of the Far East, well actually before then. We were in the Far East and Alan and I, Alan and I were in the hotel, we were in the hotel in Tokyo and um, recovering from the massage and ahh, we were talking about how to, ahh, which, how to do the arrangements on some of the songs. And of course one of the songs was ‘Roundabout’, which is, as you all know, one of our better-known tunes. And so we decided ahh, Alan I think came up with the idea, he came up with the idea that we should do maybe a Chicago blues version of ‘Roundabout’, So when we got back to the studio, back to L.A. we said to Rick [??] I said to him, said to Rick, can you give us a bit of Chicago blues on the old Joanna.
Steve Howe: He wants the musician’s union blues.
Chris Squire: And we said that’s it, we’ll do it like that. That’s fantastic. That’s brilliant!
Jon Anderson: Brilliant!
